At Dango Products, we stand by the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
